Open Arms

Open Arms is a non-profit ministry of Zion Lutheran Church, providing a Christian childcare and education that is of the highest quality. 

While Zion shares facilities with Open Arms, we are on a separate phone system and have a different mailing address. Please see their information below:

~ OPEN ARMS NEWS ~

 Open Arms Positions Available 1) A front desk morning person from 6:45 am to 10:00 am Monday - Friday. You will greet parents, help with checking children in, and anything else that needs to be done. 2) Afternoon closers for classrooms 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. These positions require some training to be completed at Open Arms. We can hire age 18 and up . 3) A bus driver for the morning and afternoon. 4) Kitchen Manager 6:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m.  These are all paid positions. SPONSOR A ROOM:  

We are looking for individuals or businesses to sponsor each classroom with Half Donations ($500) or Full Donations ($1000).  It provided the much needed consumable arts and craft materials for all of the children. It has also purchased outdoor play structures for the children.

BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION:  

OA now accepts Box Tops for Education. If you collect you can drop off at Open Arms or at the church office and we will take care of them. To find out how to participate visit their website.
